Requirements

Responsibilities
At the ultimate direction of the Vice President of Insurance Operations, assist in managing the execution of direct insurance and reinsurance business, collaborating on and incorporating comprehensive business plans to attain revenue and profitability objectives that align with Dorinco risk parameters, along with actively developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies.
Evaluate, price, and structure reinsurance transactions across a diversified portfolio.
Prepare underwriting recommendations and portfolio reviews for senior management.
Assess risk exposures, terms and conditions, and coverage structures to ensure profitability and alignment with risk appetite.
Lead renewal negotiations and participate in new business development initiatives.
Monitor portfolio performance, including loss trends, rate adequacy, and capital utilization.
