Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Engagement (~ 60%)
Draft donor communications, stewardship updates, proposal outlines, learning reports, and briefing materials.
Conduct research on prospective donors and foundations to strengthen and expand the fundraising pipeline.
Serve as day-to-day CRM lead, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, and moves management tracking.
Track donor touchpoints and next steps to ensure thoughtful and consistent follow-up.
Support foundation proposal development and reporting processes in collaboration with the Director.
