Hybrid EV Installation & Wire harness Assembly

looking for techs for installing, mounting, and validating hardware components on vehicles while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and according to established processes.

Successful candidates typically have backgrounds in independent automotive repair, automotive trade programs, electronics installation, aerospace assembly, or other technical roles involving mechanical and electrical systems.

We also encourage applications from those with experience in autonomous vehicle operations or software testing, provided they have significant hands-on mechanical experience, such as building project cars or custom computers.

In this role, you will spend most of the day transforming stock vehicles for autonomous hardware.

Responsibilities include following detailed instructions to remove interior panels, route wiring harnesses, mount sensors and brackets, and verify all installations.

At the end of each stage, you will power up systems and verify connections to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next phase of the build process.
