As a Trading Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our traders, taking ownership of the operational processes that keep our business running efficiently.
Beyond supporting daily activities, you'll have the opportunity to improve workflows, leverage AI and automation, and help scale our operations as the business grows.
Support the trading team and external stakeholders, throughout the trade lifecycle by coordinating administrative and operational activities – from KYC to delivery of product and reconciliation.
Enter and maintain accurate trade information within the ERP and other internal systems.
Prepare, review and organize purchase and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
