Responsibilities

Complete the Engineering Representative Training Program, which includes three gas and electric classroom modules.

Upon completion, the employee should be able to confidently advise customers on proper electric, gas, and lighting policies.

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and email correspondence to gather details for customer-requested projects.

Assist with the initiation of non-standard customer projects by asking appropriate questions and entering clear, concise notes to support other departments in meeting with customers and completing the engineering and design work.

Ameren Illinois is looking for an Engineering Representative Step 1 who will be responsible for the following:

Position Description

Complete the Engineering Representative Training Program, which includes three gas and electric classroom modules. The employee must successfully pass weekly tests and two final exams with a minimum average score of 70%. Upon completion, the employee should be able to confidently advise customers on proper electric, gas, and lighting policies.

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and email correspondence to gather details for customer-requested projects.
