Hospice Certified Nurse Aide

Minimum 1 year of experience as a hospice aide, home health aide, or certified nursing assistant

Understanding of and commitment to the hospice philosophy of care

Comfort providing specialized care to terminally ill patients

Empathy and compassion for individuals who are ill, frail, or impaired

Flexibility and adaptability to handle schedule changes and varying patient needs

Respectful approach to patient dignity and privacy

Provide Compassionate Personal Care

Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene

Help with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
