Requirements
3-5 years of relevant and recent complex commercial transactions experience in an IT Managed Service Provider environment
Responsibilities
Lead commercial transactions to closure in prudent and expeditious and solutions-oriented manner
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transaction agreements
Provide risk assessment and commercial legal advice, including advice related to relevant laws and regulations
Coordinate across multiple internal organizations to resolve issues ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies
Vet contract issues/requests with appropriate internal organizations, track responses, and draft resulting feedback
Prepare and administer escalations as necessary
