Responsibilities
Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals and prescribing tailored recommendations to achieve them.
Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), customer project artifacts, and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.
Track detailed engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary.
Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project scope, developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues.
