Requirements
In accordance with
RCW 49.58.110
, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
A Bachelor’s degree in a program-related area and four (4) years of progressively responsible work in the program specialty, which has included at least two (2) years of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Experience with entry-level accounting or other advising.

Responsibilities
As the
Accounting Relations Manager,
you will support the mission of the
Carson College of Business.
The Accounting Relations Manager is responsible for the overall management, operations and leadership of the Accounting Connections program, having responsibility for directing, managing and controlling program operations, and is accountable for the allocation of resources and the program results.
The Accounting Relations Manager is the lead administrator responsible for bringing together professionals, students, faculty, and alumni for the purpose of supporting the strategic objectives of the Department of Accounting, the Carson College of Business and Washington State University. As such, the individual will develop and implement the department strategy for (i) enhancing student professional skills, (ii) ensuring successful student placement, and (iii) increasing engagement among student, faculty and professionals. In addition, the individual will assist in (i) student recruiting and (ii) growing donor financial support.
