In-house IP Paralegal

Minimum of six to eight years or more of relevant experience as a paralegal in a law firm and/or in-house corporate environment, with an understanding and a desire to master support of patent prosecution and docketing procedures.

Consistently exhibits the desire, aptitude and drive to learn and master support to our patent program including processes to support invention disclosures, patent preparation, U.S.

and foreign patent prosecution, patent rewards, licensing and compliance tracking, government reporting, patent prosecution metrics, budget, legal research and various projects as assigned.

Assists attorneys with open-source license and compliance programs, trademark portfolio management and filings, research, and preparation and execution of documents.

Assists with legal research and drafting of documents; regularly interacts with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.

Paralegal experience with software related patent or trade secret litigation.

Experience with patent management platforms, such as Anaqua AQX or Lecorpio.
