Maintenance Clerk

2 years relevant work experience in heavy industry

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously from time to time.

High attention to detail with good time management skills.

Strong active listening & interpersonal skills.

Advanced Pronto skill level and basic Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.

Must be able to work shift work with 12-hour shifts. May need to work overtime

Work is in a surface mine setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity.

Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine environment, including hart hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves, and any other protective equipment as required.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

To provide support to the maintenance teams ensuring data management, work management compliance, logistical support while supporting the leading hand and supervisor to maximize their time on the Workshop floor.

Supporting all aspects of preventative maintenance activities.

Accurate recording of work order information and closeout in Pronto.

Liaising with the Planning team on Workorders and upcoming tasks.

Management of daily shift logs.

Completing MineStar data change request.
