Requirements
3-5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience in a business analyst or functional analyst capacity

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Workday Financials administrator and day-to-day support contact for the Finance team, triaging and resolving configuration issues, user requests, and system inquiries with a high degree of responsiveness and quality
Diagnose and resolve Workday Financials configuration issues across modules, including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and/or Banking & Settlement
Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional design specifications and Workday configuration solutions
Support and deliver enhancements, new feature rollouts, and process improvements in Workday Financials, from requirements through testing and change management
Participate in Workday semi-annual release cycles — reviewing release notes, assessing functional impact, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing deployment
Collaborate with the broader Enterprise Systems team on cross-functional initiatives involving Workday HCM, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, and third-party connected systems
