The Compensation Manager is responsible for analyzing and administering compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance. This role provides data-driven recommendations to support hiring, promotions, and pay decisions while partnering with HR and business leaders to align compensation strategy with organizational objectives.

Lead and support a company-wide salary banding and job leveling initiative to align roles, career paths, and pay ranges across the organization

Analyze and administer compensation programs to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness

Conduct market pricing and benchmarking; develop, maintain, and adjust salary structures and pay ranges

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions
