Requirements
Demonstrated record of success in Canadian Government or military sales, particularly with a technical product and / or prior Canadian military and / or Canadian Law Enforcement experience with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.
Solid understanding of Canadian federal markets including procurement processes.
Experience utilizing strategic account management practices.
Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customers.
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated sales experience in a technical field.
Experience managing the full sales cycle (RFQ, proposals, closing) for Canadian customers.

The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Senior Director of Sales
The successful individual in this role will focus on interfacing with customers to create, advance and close opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales executive who excels at taking opportunities from RFQ to close and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsible for sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for Silvus’ Canadian customers.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each “target” account and their buying centers covering the full portfolio of Silvus solutions.
