Associate's degree in business, marketing, communications or relayed field plus 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Operations, or similar role

Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment

Strong CRM and/or ERP experience

Experience preparing proposals and managing calendars

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our Sales teams by managing data, coordinating events, and ensuring deals move forward accurately and on time. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient and our internal teams aligned.

Coordinate pricing details and ensure proposal accuracy

Follow up and support pending deal requirements
