Senior People Operations Specialist

2+ years of experience in HR / People Operations

Hands-on payroll operations experience

comfortable preparing inputs, reviewing outputs, and working with external providers (experience with Deel and Accace is a plus)

Familiarity with HR systems

you see something that needs fixing, you fix it

you keep stakeholders informed and ask the right questions early
