Manufacturing Line Technician

The salary range for this position is $21.50 - $26.00 per hour.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.

Supports the production lines from within the Fab(s) with a primary focus on engaging in production activities in their assigned Workcell(s) in reducing cycle time, increasing turn rates, meeting or exceeding tool utilization and Idle with WIP targets, and providing other technical leadership to the team.

Provides leadership on the line by proactively identifying production issues within the assigned team, communicating needs with Operators/peers, and helps to effectively manage the line(s) to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Interacts with supervision to ensure line issues are proactively identified, communicated, and escalated to achieve timely resolution.

To ensure that coverage of the line is sustained and to balance available resources.
