The minimum qualifications for this role are…
1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment
A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Proficiency using SDR tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Chili Piper, LinkedIn, GSuite, etc.

The Sales Development Representative role at Culture Amp is a critical component of our Go-To-Market strategy and provides an opportunity to align our solutions with some of the world's leading brands mission-driven objectives. Your focus will be to contact potential customers and tailor how the Culture Amp platform can help them improve employee engagement, performance and development. Your success will contribute to the overall success of not only the sales team, but Culture Amp at large.

Work in partnership with our Account Executives, Marketing and SDR Leaders to plan & deliver engagement with new prospects
Respond promptly and appropriately to inbound inquiries
Identify and research the right prospective customers
