3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance

1 year of experience in Leadership in a manufacturing setting

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Ability to routinely and accurately record and report measurement and quality control data as required.

Ability to utilize a computer database.

Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality checks.

Performs product and processes audits and serves as Subject Matter Expert for quality-related items.

Supervises the daily work assignments of quality team members.  Assigns tasks, monitors the completion of the tasks and reports task completion to QA Manager.  Completes and distributes daily quality reports.  Designs and implements training for QA Techs and for company employees outside of the quality department.

Checks previous days open items from each QA Tech.

Addresses any problems with product from prior shift.

Provides directions to QA Techs.

Monitors status of manufacturing orders/lines.
