As a Community Integration Specialist, you will provide direct services, coordinate participant needs, and support recovery and wellness goals in a collaborative, recovery\u2011oriented environment.\u00A0

Provide direct services to participants and coordinate needs for each participant on their caseload

Identify and build upon the strengths of consumers, coworkers, and the communities served

Support consumers\u2019 steps toward recovery and wellness
