Requirements

8+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or a related technical-operational discipline

Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis

Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with a preference for a background in red force tactics, modeling, and simulation

Demonstrated experience providing technical direction and mentorship to junior M&S engineers guiding analytic approach, validating methodology, and reviewing work products

Experience with DoD M&S tools (e.g., AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE)

Experience developing analytic products or tools usable by non-M&S specialists
