Responsibilities
As a Growth Leader, you’ll own acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and referral for self-service customers across Dialpad’s suite of products. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, design, and finance to build, test, and scale growth initiatives that drive meaningful user engagement and measurable business impact.
You will be responsible for continually improving and optimizing our online signup and expansion flows, and will act as the connective tissue between our growth strategy and execution.
This position reports to our Chief Operating Officer and has the opportunity to be based in a U.S. hub site, including San Ramon, CA, Denver, CO, Austin, TX, or Tempe, AZ.
Own growth performance across the entire self-service funnel, from acquisition and signup through activation, expansion, and retention.
Build and execute growth strategies that drive user adoption, onboarding success, and long-term engagement, and also impact cross-sell and upsell.
