Requirements

Master’s degree in health administration, business administration, public administration, or a related field required; doctoral degree or relevant professional designation considered an asset.

Strong competency in managing clinical programs within complex, matrixed organizational structures, supported by a minimum of seven (7) years of progressively senior leadership experience.

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive senior leadership experience within a complex academic health sciences centre or comparable healthcare organization, with full accountability for clinical operations and performance.

Minimum of five (5) years experience leading change within large, complex, and matrixed environments.

Demonstrated success leading large, multi-disciplinary portfolios with responsibility for quality and safety, operational performance, people leadership, and financial stewardship.

Proven expertise in financial planning and management, including development and oversight of significant operating budgets and delivery of balanced, sustainable results.
