HRIS Analyst – Workday (Contract)

Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, etc.).

Experience supporting global HR processes.

Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and workforce management processes.

Maintain confidentiality as they will handle sensitive executive and equity data and the ability to calmly troubleshoot logic errors on tight, high-stakes deadlines.

This is an hourly contractor role with an annual equivalent base salary range of $116,100 to $166,865 USD.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.

Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days / week (Tue-Thur)

This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and IT teams to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and an exceptional employee experience.

Maintain Workday configurations, business processes, security roles, basic reports, and dashboards.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Manage system updates, feature releases, and regression testing activities.
