5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining agency and in-house environments, with a proven track record of filling complex and senior-level positions.

Proven talent strategist with expert-level knowledge of proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, niche networks, and competitive intelligence).

Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing technologies.

Data-informed approach, comfortable applying recruitment metrics to evaluate pipeline health and sourcing efficiency.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging high-caliber, diverse talent across the business.

You will craft proactive sourcing strategies and carry them out to meet business needs now and in the future.

Beyond managing complex searches, you will lead strategic TA initiatives, champion our employer brand, and oversee key talent programs and projects.

This is a high-impact role requiring strategic foresight, strong business insight, and a consultative approach.
