Executive Assistant to the CEO

The base salary range for this role is

$90,000 – $110,000

per year, plus

an

equity component. Final offers are determined by a variety of factors, including professional background, experience, and location.

We are seeking a high-impact Personal Assistant to serve as the CEO’s right hand and strategic partner. This role goes far beyond calendar management. The ideal candidate operates at the center of the organization, anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and ensuring seamless execution across priorities. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper, thought partner, and force multiplier, enabling the CEO to focus on vision, growth, and decision-making. This position requires intelligence, discretion, confidence, and a strong executive presence.

Provide administrative, logistical, and personal support to the CEO and executive team members

Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution and closure

Manage complex calendar scheduling and travel coordination (including personal‑related needs)

Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and maintaining discretion
