· Develop, install, and maintain cost-effective methods of manufacturing and equitable labor standards using predetermined time standard method.

· Prepare payback calculations to support plant project decisions and perform cost to produce analysis.

· Assist in the budgeting process and measure variances to standards, identifying out of control variances, investigating reasons, and suggesting solutions.

· Check crewing daily to determine optimal chain speed.

· Work with plant industrial engineer to prepare daily, weekly, and HOG labor report.

· Drive the use of processes throughout the business. Be a lead in process map training and drive the culture of continuous process improvement.
