Project Assistant/Administrator

Minimum Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

U.S. citizenship or have been a permanent resident for at least three years, living in the United States for at least five years.

Bachelor's degree.

3+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

Normal office working conditions.

Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.

May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.

May require up to 25% travel in support of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Working at SOSi

Assist the Program Manager in managing and providing oversight to existing Title III and Non-Title III contracts for federal and state law enforcement agency customers.

Coordinate all aspects of program operation from Title III staffing to task order tracking to ensure that our contracts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Maintain and provide detailed time and attendance records on each contract employee on a weekly basis to ensure accurate billing and compliance.

Monitor and validate employee records to support cost control of all assignments and ensure that we are delivering value to our customers.

Assist with program management reporting and program tracking to ensure that our program is running smoothly and that we are meeting our customer's needs.

Manage database entries and record maintenance to support program reporting and ensure accurate billing and compliance.
