Senior Manager, Career Training

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Workforce Development, Organizational Leadership, Technical Training, or related field required.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in vocational training, workforce development, or technical education leadership.

3 years experience managing staff and leading cross-functional initiatives

Experience leading and being responsible for new technical, vocational, or skill-based training program design and launch.

Leadership & Staff Management

Lead and optimize performance of WCC staff, including performance management, coaching, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.

Assign instructors and development staff to program design and delivery initiatives.

The Wonderful Career Center Senior Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of the Wonderful Career Center (WCC), a vocational and skill-based training center serving employees across The Wonderful Company and tenants within the Wonderful Logistics Center.

This role oversees facility operations, staff leadership, program development, instructional quality, scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of high-impact, industry-relevant training programs.

The Senior Manager ensures that training initiatives align with operational needs across diverse business units including Wonderful Pistachios, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Citrus (Halos), Fiji Water, Justin Wine, Wonderful Logistics Center (WLC) tenants such as Walmart, Amazon, Target, Smucker’s, American Tire, and others.
