Requirements

7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in software, cloud, cybersecurity, data protection, SaaS, infrastructure, or data management

Proven success in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role

Experience selling into Financial Services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated industries

Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-year agreements, procurement processes, legal review, and executive-level negotiation

Demonstrated experience building strategic account plans and managing large, complex customer relationships

Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce discipline

For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, and skills. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

, including Canadian banking institutions, insurance organizations, wealth management firms, and capital markets clients.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role requiring strong executive presence, enterprise sales discipline, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, expanding existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Veeam’s broader portfolio across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, SaaS, AI governance, and data security.
