1+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects a plus

Define and prescribe the best Professional Services model for a given customer, based on an in-depth understanding of their needs and business objectives, through Proposals, Statements of Work, and RFx responses

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, strategy, services, business consulting, solutions consulting, and others to ensure optimal engagement approach and positioning
