Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Current RPN Registration and Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Current knowledge of Ministry of Long-Term Care (MLTC) and College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards
A minimum of three years clinical, project leadership or management experience
Knowledgeable and understanding of RAI MDS process and the RAI Coordinator role.
Advanced knowledge in computer skills: Point Click Care, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Powerpoint

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Manage the RAI process and provide leadership to the RAI interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Clinical Supervision, Staff Instruction & Orientation, and Quality
Manage the RAI process according to Home policies, MLTC regulations, College Standards of Practices and interRAI LTCF requirements
Establish and provide leadership to the RAI team for backup support and coordination
Oversee the interdisciplinary team to ensure the completion of both MDS/RAPs and care planning development
