The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing patient care treatment plans and ensuring that patients understand and proceed with their recommended treatment.

This position involves patient interaction, detailed communication, and administrative support to facilitate smooth and effective patient care from diagnosis through treatment completion.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Prepare and manage treatment-related documentation.

Communicate effectively with clinical and front office team members to ensure seamless patient care.

Handle patient communication, including appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
