Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions as merited.

Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives.

Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance.

Engage and support team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, while taking ownership of team performance to drive business success.

The Assembly Supervisor is a pivotal role expected to steer our operations towards excellence. Responsible for overseeing a range of critical functions, this position ensures strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
