Assembly Supervisor - Day Shift - The Toro Company

Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing environment.

Experience in supervisory or team lead role a plus.

Basic understanding of the supervisory principles to include problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Effective verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Monitor production activity, identify process issues, troubleshoot causes, and develop short- and long-term solutions as merited.

Work closely with site leadership and other supervisors to establish clear processes in alignment with business objectives.

Ensure adherence to TTC standards, procedures, policies, and government regulations, quality, and compliance.

Engage and support team members' development and collaboration toward common goals, while taking ownership of team performance to drive business success.

To be successful in this position, the candidate will supervise operations staff characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes, in a limited area of the operations. The Assembly Supervisor is a pivotal role expected to steer our operations towards excellence. Responsible for overseeing a range of critical functions, this position ensures strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
