Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and bachelor’s degree preferred
Familiarity with sports and event planning preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; Smartsheet; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal functional areas (FAs), external stakeholders (e.g., design and delivery partners, public agencies, and venue teams) to support the development of Venue Infrastructure
Support the integration of Venue Infrastructure sub streams and overall coordination of department
Work with contractor and suppliers to support delivery of agreed milestones
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with key FAs, including Venue Management, Accessibility, and Games Operations, to ensure cohesive planning and delivery of venue infrastructure
Act as a liaison between sponsorship and commercial teams
