We’re taking a unique approach in a legacy space, with backing from some of the world’s top investors (a16z, Index Ventures, Google Ventures, General Catalyst) and a team of top performers from companies like Stripe, Rippling, Ramp, Brex, and Shopify.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us accelerate bringing Thatch to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to execute campaigns across various channels.

As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running digital campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and growth product to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth.

This is a highly cross-functional, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for continuous experimentation and improvement.

What you'll do

Own the execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies and campaigns to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue while building and managing reporting frameworks to track performance across the funnel.
