Compliance Manager, Product

Experience reviewing marketing, advertising, or customer-facing communications.

Experience supporting product development or product compliance programs.

Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, etc.)

Strong understanding of advertising standards (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, CAN-SPAM, FTC advertising guidance)

EarnIn is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager, Product to lead and continuously enhance our Product and Marketing Compliance team.

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the Product and Marketing Compliance program to ensure our products, marketing campaigns, and customer communications meet all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

The Manager will lead a team of compliance professionals and serve as the key partner to Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk and other cross-functional stakeholders.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial crimes regulations, operational execution, and the ability to translate regulatory expectations into actionable controls and sustainable processes.

This is a remote position offering the opportunity to create meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced fintech environment.

Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations in the development, launch, and enhancement of deposit, payment, and lending products, providing strategic guidance on regulatory requirements and operational implementation.
