Requirements
3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way.
Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning preferred.
Responsibilities
As a LFI Senior Business Analyst you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You'll develop, maintain, improve reporting solutions, analyze large data sets, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
One of your key responsibilities is to ensure that data analysis needs by the business are met while operating within data governance requirements.
You will deliver and communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to your assigned business line.
They should be familiar with Reg YY and related reporting regulations (such as FR 2052a, FR Y-14, and FR Y-15), and work with a team focused on developing, testing, and executing regulatory reporting data for LFI status.
Lead the design, build, and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business performance metrics while upholding data and reporting standards, ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects worked on.
