Requirements

Secondary education (Trade school) focusing on the building industry education, i.e.

1+ years’ experience in construction, repairs and installation of windows and doors.

Experience in handling glass.

Knowledge of windows and doors, parts and terminology.

Experience in using hand tools.

Working knowledge of both metric and imperial measurements.

Responsibilities

Load service vehicle with parts required for service calls.

Repair and make adjustments to exterior doors and PVC window products.

Assist in re-glazing PVC window products.

Customer Service & Administration 30%

Ensure customer is satisfied with service and product,

Provide excellent customer service and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
