System Administrator

Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Experience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 technical support in enterprise environments.

Extensive experience administering Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex IT infrastructure issues.

Experience supporting client/server, storage, network, and mobile device environments.

Experience monitoring system performance, conducting capacity planning, and optimizing resource utilization.

Senior System Administrator

is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT systems while providing advanced technical support across complex computing environments.

This role serves as a technical leader, supporting system architecture, resolving complex infrastructure issues, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical systems.

Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systems.

Manage the day-to-day configuration, administration, and operation of IT systems.

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) support by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
