Responsibilities

The Revenue Cycle Administrator is responsible for facilitating the efficient and accurate submission of insurance claims to various vendors, to ensure that the organization’s receivable accounts are credited in a timely manner.

You Will

Process patient insurance claims efficiently and in a timely manner.

Obtain missing or invalid claim data from field offices.

Provide customer service support to MyEyeDr. office staff and patients to help address billing inquiries and other routine matters.

Investigate and resubmit denied/returned claims and partial payments.
