Technical Accounting Manager

CPA with 5–8 years of experience; Big 4 background strongly preferred

Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element SaaS and services arrangements

Strong communicator who can make complex accounting accessible to non-accounting stakeholders

Prior experience high growth software company preferred

Willingness to support all aspects of accounting as needs arise

We are seeking a technically strong and intellectually curious Technical Accounting Manager to serve as our in-house expert on complex accounting matters.

This role has high visibility, designed for a professional who excels at interpreting accounting guidance, forming well-reasoned positions, and translating technical conclusions into sound, executable accounting practice.

Lead revenue recognition end-to-end, including reviewing contracts, identifying performance obligations, standalone selling price, evaluating non-standard deal structures, and maintaining ASC 606 policies as our business evolves

Advise Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on the accounting implications of new and non-standard arrangements, including guidance on contract structure and go-to-market strategy

Implement technical recommendations to accounting operations and support execution across general ledger needs

Research and document accounting positions on complex or non-routine transactions, producing clear, audit-ready technical memos
