Basic knowledge of lending disbursement processes, procedures and documentation.
Basic knowledge of standard construction budget practices and techniques.

Where you will work:
This position offers a hybrid option to allow for occasional remote work, primarily working out of the Mankato, MN office location.
The contributions you will make:
This position is responsible for the monitoring and processing of all construction loan/lease draws for the organization from start of construction to completion. Ensures that funds are disbursed accurately and timely to contractors, vendors and clients.
