Operations Specialist, Logistics

3+ years of demonstrated experience as a driver operating Box Trucks / Sprinter Vans, serving as a material transporter or logistics associate in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably within high-tech, electronics, or robotics industries.

Strong understanding of transport/logistics principles and practices.

The Operations Specialist, Logistics will play a key role in facilitating final-mile supply chain logistics at DoorDash Labs.

You will be responsible for the handling, movement, and organization of materials, components, and finished goods within our autonomous robotics service environment.

This will involve operating a box truck and/or sprinter van with a lift gate to move items ranging from fully assembled robots to individual parts and other equipment between sites.

You will ensure all transport activities adhere to safety regulations and maintain the integrity of the materials during transit.

Perform material handling tasks, including loading and unloading a wide range of components and robotic systems.

Safely and efficiently operate various material handling equipment, such as liftgates, forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
