Responsibilities
As a Merchant Consultant Representative, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships with Groupon’s local business partners.
You’ll be the key point of contact for small merchants — helping them optimize their live deals, re-engage with Groupon, and grow their business through smart, data-driven recommendations.
You’ll also have the opportunity to sign new merchants and bring fresh, exciting businesses onto the platform.
You’ll learn how different merchants operate, what drives their success, and how Groupon can help them reach more customers.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small-business merchants across categories such as beauty, dining, wellness, and services.
Re-engage former or inactive merchants through consultative outreach, identifying opportunities to renew or relaunch deals.
