Responsible for identifying risky accounts based on a set criterion and help formulate changes when needed to ensure this criteria is always up to date.

Analyze account information, activity and behavior, history, and trends to take appropriate action on both individual accounts as well as a broader selection of accounts which may match a certain known, identified fraud trend.

Proactively communicate, target, and pursue identified fraud trends to mitigate the risk to our customers and to the business.

Communicate logically, clearly, and effectively, both within the fraud team, as well as with other teams in the organization as needed to carry out your responsibilities ensure the integrity of our marketplace.

StubHub's Transaction Operations team is an organization comprised of multiple teams that are responsible for everything that happens from the moment you try to purchase a ticket to when you go to the event. Our teams help ensure that buyers can transact safely on our platform, that they receive their tickets successfully once they click ‘buy’ and are able to go enjoy their event.

This full-time position may require weekend, holiday, daytime, and/or evening hours.

Hybrid environment:

This role will begin as in-office 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months and then will shift to in-office 3 days per week to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
