Operations Specialist, Robot

2 years of experience or strong interest in the space

Valid U.S. drivers license required and a successful completion of MVR required, able to support multiple locations in the Bay Area including Dublin, Concord San Ramon and Oakland.

Comfortable working outside and operating micro-mobility

Experience and enthusiasm with live Field Operations for deployment of products, bonus if related to autonomous vehicles

Strong organizational and process skills, comfortable with following schedules and some evening and weekend work

Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress

We’re looking for a strong operator to carry out the testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies, working outside and from various offices around the Dublin/Bay Area. In this role, you’ll report to the Team Lead and be a core member of our Field Operations Team.

Shift: This role requires working nights and weekends, with shift hours ranging from 2 PM to 12 AM. There may be a need to rotate between shifts to support operational and business needs. There will be a two week notice provided whenever this is needed.

This role requires you to be comfortable with riding an electric bike in the Bay Area. You will need to be comfortable biking in day/night conditions as well as in traffic/on streets.

Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety

Work closely with multiple stakeholders to improve the product, including hardware, product, software, and business operations teams
