Requirements
B.S., M.S., or PhD. in engineering, e.g. robotics, mechanical, electrical or computer science
5-8 years of industry experience working in manufacturing quality control
Experience bringing-up and calibrating sensing or compute systems, high voltage powertrains, and communication networks
Hands-on experience with CAN bus, Ethernet data logging & network analysis tools
Experience with Linux scripting & test automation
A working understanding of vehicle mechanicals and electronics
Responsibilities
As an End of Line Engineer at DoorDash Labs you will play a critical role in scaling the production of our next-generation autonomous delivery robots.
You will work with our Hardware team based in San Francisco and visit our production facilities around the Bay Area. This role is in-office 3-5 days a week.
Be part of an exciting effort to develop and manufacture an autonomous delivery robot
Reduce the time required to validate the robot assembly process while increasing quality control coverage
Create scripts, test equipment, and tooling used to enable rapid end of line checks
