The Knot Worldwide is looking for a seasoned creative operations senior manager to manage the day to day operations for our in-house Creative Team (Internal agency).

This role will support creative production, operational processes, team capacity planning, budget management, and future-forward capabilities like AI and external partnerships.

They will need to balance strategic vision with day to day hands-on execution.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Operations, Global Content & Creative, this person will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization (Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Channel Leads), to innovate and deliver on our creative needs across all platforms.

A natural logistics ninja, this candidate will be transforming how creative gets from concept to production, to meet the business needs and getting us to a best-in-class creative group.
