Requirements
At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles, showcasing the ability to manage large-scale projects.
Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization.
Experience building and growing teams
Deep understanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process, along with knowledge of technical engineering best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
